Star Trek Fleet Command: Parsteel Mining Crew (for Beginners and Advanced players)

Parsteel is an essential resource in Star Trek Fleet Command. Established from level one, Parsteel is required to upgrade buildings and research new technologies. It's an indispensable resource even at higher Operation levels. That's why we'll cover several crews that can benefit both Beginners and Advanced players.
Parsteel Beginners Mining Crew
This crew is for you if you don't have any rare or epic mining officers. These three officers are easy to get early in the game. Helvia's ability will make your Parsteel mining much faster. At the same time, T'Pring will allow you to secure more cargo if you get attacked by a higher level.
K'Bisch can be replaced by any other officer that could benefit your mining. If you have a rare officer that can increase the mining rate or speed is probably better for you.

Star Trek Fleet Command: Best Parsteel mining crew
As an advanced player, you don't need a defensive crew. Players at your level are probably not surveying in Parsteel systems looking for miners to attack.
This crew focuses on maximizing mining speed, adding Four of Eleven to increase cargo size to carry more Parsteel in each mining trip.
These officers are hard to obtain. If you don't own some of these officers, you can replace these with other rare officers. Still, you must ensure that Ten of Eleven stills gets the same synergies benefits.
Ten of Eleven gets +75% synergy when assigned with Science and Engineering officers to the bridge.
